Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
Stratyrix LLC ("Stratyrix," "we," "us") is a Connecticut limited liability company providing on-premises AI infrastructure consulting. This policy explains what information we collect through stratyrix.com and in the course of working with clients, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information collected through this website
This website is a static site. It has no contact form, no account system, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. We do not build a profile of visitors and we do not sell or share visitor information with anyone.
Our hosting provider automatically processes standard server and network log data as part of delivering the site — including IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, and timestamp. This is used for security and availability, is retained by the provider on their own schedule, and is not used by us to identify individual visitors.
Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and user-agent as part of that request. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Information you send us directly
If you email info@stratyrix.com or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to provide — typically your name, contact details, organization, and a description of what you're trying to accomplish. We use it only to respond to you, to evaluate and scope potential work, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We keep business correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to a current or prospective client relationship, and as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Client information and confidentiality
Consulting engagements often involve access to sensitive client environments and, in some cases, to regulated or controlled information. That access is governed by the written agreement for the engagement — including any non-disclosure, security, or flow-down terms it contains — and those terms control over this policy where the two differ.
As a matter of practice, Stratyrix does not transmit client data to third-party AI services, and does not use client data to train models. Where an engagement is subject to specific regulatory requirements, the applicable handling, personnel, and access controls are defined in the engagement agreement.
We do not publish client names, logos, or case details without written permission.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the business — website hosting, domain registration, and email. These providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We may disclose information where required by law, valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and unencrypted email in particular should not be used to send regulated, classified, or export-controlled material. If you need to share sensitive information with us, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at info@stratyrix.com to ask what information we hold about you, to request correction, or to request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Connecticut Data Privacy Act or the GDPR — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to certain processing. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
